I really lov this, shading is p cool, highlights r p cool. However i do have one general critique for the way you shade and that's that there's a lack of unity to the picture. While doing your cartoony type of pieces your shading tends to change throughout the figure, making each different color feel like it has a different lighting source. For example, the hair has bold light blue highlights but once you get to the sweater it's a soft pink glow. Although it looks nice, it'd improve if you tried to keep the highlight and shading colors similar from surface to surface. (If you need more clarification you can just ask me in a call ffts.)
